KTJ Krug LLC uses purchase information to process orders, provide files, answer support requests and maintain business records.
Checkout and downloads
For Stripe checkout, your email and billing information are handled by Stripe. This site stores a random order identifier, a protected access-token hash, the purchased product, a payment-session reference, a timestamp and a hashed network identifier used to limit repeated checkout requests. Full card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and are not stored by this site. Whop purchases use Whop’s checkout and account systems under its privacy policy.
If you follow a tagged promotional link, we carry its campaign labels through the store and into checkout. Campaign checkouts include source and campaign labels in purchase records to help us understand which promotions lead to purchases. These links do not add advertising cookies or a persistent browser identifier.
Hosting and support
The website and protected downloads use OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services. If you contact support, we use the information you send to handle your request. We retain transaction records for business and applicable recordkeeping needs. We do not sell purchase data or use your receipt email as permission to send marketing.
Your choices
You can browse the product pages without an account. This site does not add advertising trackers. Your completed workbooks stay wherever you save them; the site does not receive their contents. Avoid sending sensitive property, guest or financial records when requesting help.
