Your purchase

Each product is a one-time digital download of the files listed on its product page. Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is displayed before payment. There is no subscription, renewal, physical shipment or included consulting engagement.

License

KTJ Krug LLC grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the workbooks and guides for properties the purchaser evaluates, owns or manages. The purchaser may share completed work with their professional advisers and co-owners for those properties. The purchaser may not resell, sublicense or distribute the blank templates, original guides or download links. Copyright remains with KTJ Krug LLC.

Scope

The products help organize the purchaser’s own information. They do not perform a title search, appraisal, survey or professional review, and do not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Examples are fictional. Public-source links can change. Consult an appropriate local professional for decisions about a particular property.

Delivery and compatibility

After payment is confirmed, download the product from the purchase page or, for Whop purchases, from your Whop account. Save a local copy. You need software that opens ZIP archives, .xlsx workbooks and PDF files. The workbooks have no macros. Excel is recommended; other spreadsheet applications may render or calculate some features differently.

Support and refund requests

For a download problem, damaged file, duplicate purchase or refund request, email management@ktjkrug.com with your order reference and a short description. We will review the request and work to resolve the issue. Do not email card information. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights. Whop purchases also follow Whop’s applicable buyer and resolution policies.
